Excise Duties (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2024 (Admentment) Order 2024

This Order came into operation on 1 March 2024 and amends the Excise Duties (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2024 [P.U. (A) 11/2024] in paragraph 2 (a), in relation to item 41, in column (4) ——

  1. in subitem (c), by substituting for the word "manufacture" the word "manufacturer";
  2. in subitem (f), by deleting the semicolon at the end of the subitem; and
  3. by deleting subitem (g).

Customs Duties (Exemption) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024

  This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024 and amends the Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] in the Schedule, in Part I, by inserting after  item 120 and the particulars relating to it the item and particulars in relation to manufacturing aid and cleanroom equipment.

This Order comes into operation on 1 May 2024 and amends the Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 122/2023] in the:

  • in relation to item 13 and 14, in column (5), by substituting for the word "Ministry of International Trade and Industry" the words "Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry" respectively; and
  • by substituting for item 15 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulas:
