This Order comes into operation on 18 August 2023 and amends the Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U.(A) 445/2017] in the Schedule, in Part l, in column (2), in relation to subitem 67(xvii) (materials and equipment used directly for petroleum and gas upstream operations), by substituting for the words “MDC Oil & Gas (SK320) Ltd." the words “Mubadala Energy (SK 320) Ltd." |
