Customs (Anti Dumping Duties) (No. 3) 2020 (Amendment) Order 2023

 This Order has effect for the period from 27 June 2023 to 11 December 2025 except for paragraph 3(a) of the Order which is deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 2022 and shallcontinue to be in operation until 11 December 2025.

The Order amends the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)(No. 3) Order2020[P.U.(A) 348/2020] in paragraph 2 and the Schedule accordinglyas mentioned in the Order.

This Order has effect for the period from 27 June 2023 to 24 December 2024 and amends the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)(No. 2) Order 2019 [P.U.(A) 362/2019] in the Schedule, in column (3) in relation to: -.

a) by deleting the words “Republic of Korea” and the particulars relating to it in columns (4) and (5); and

b) by deleting the words “Socialist Republic of Vietnam” and the particulars relating to it in columns (4) and (5)
